High-performance non-corrodable electric tank heater Vertical or horizontal installation Power ratings 0.5kW to 4kW single phase

Polaris Cylindrical industrial tank immersion heaters have been designed for use with aggressive chemical solutions in laboratory scale operations or where economy of space within the process tank is required. The heater is manufactured from high integrity fluoropolymers to give the best protection against deterioration and high performance in corrosive solutions. The element is constructed to provide free flow of fluids across the surface and to reduce solid depositions. This makes the heater especially suitable for sensitive and unstable solutions such as those used for electroless nickel and copper plating.

The heater is small enough to fit in corners or recesses within the tank, out of the way of awkward workloads. The Braudeflex lead is continuous and flexible for ease of installation into new or existing plant.

Additional items are available for use with the Cylindrical heater including an HPD low level cut out, temperature and level controllers, circuit breakers and contactors.
