Polaris Modular is designed to operate continuously at temperatures up to 100°C. Units heat corrosive liquids by allowing them to flow freely over the heating coils.

Moulded from high grade polymers specially selected for their resistance to chemical attack, the Polaris Modular is impervious to highly corrosive solutions, and able to cope with all the special requirements experienced by the metal finishing and allied industries.

Small enough to fit easily behind anode baskets and in other confined areas, adjustable hanging brackets allow for flexible installation. The Braudeflex lead is continuous and flexible. Additional items are available for use with the Modular heater including HPD low level cut outs, thermostats and circuit breakers.

The Polaris Modular HGS is also ideal for high viscosity solutions such as mixtures of sulphuric, nitric and phosphoric acids used, for example, in brightening and polishing processes.
